Shipping Policy

All products are shipped directly from our studio in Valencia, Spain. Shipping costs are calculated individually at checkout and depend on weight and shipping destination. We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. These are the estimated delivery times depending on the shipping option chosen at check out:

Economy Shipping

Spain: Correos (24h – 48h)
EU: DHL Global Mail (1 – 2 weeks)
Non-EU countries: DHL Global Mail (2 – 3 weeks)

Express Shipping

EU: DHL Express (24h – 48h)
Non-EU countries: DHL Express (24h – 72h)

*Global Mail has a 2kg restriction policy, which means that we can only ship one book per mailer. If you choose this option and order, for example, three books, you will receive them in three separate book mailers.

*DHL Express is the only available option to ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Please note: Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. These costs are calculated by customs once the goods reach their destination and buyers have to pay said fees before delivery. If you have questions related to shipping please contact info@annandaniel.com.
